Having spent nearly two years in Jim Beam barrels, this is an incredibly decadent and rich imperial stout that builds on complex layers of oak and bourbon with sticky peanut butter coated in melting dark chocolate fondant. The silky sweetness of banoffee pie balances beautifully against boozy warmth and the comforting bitterness of cocoa.
