Defending Backbeat New England IPA by Polly’s Brew Co.
A solid backbone of extra pale malt, wheat and oats lays a foundation of biscuity sweetness, before our favourite hop pairing in Polly’s stalwarts Citra and Simcoe bring pineapple, honeymelon, mango and papaya juice to the table, rounding off with just a smattering of bitterness from an 80 degree whirlpool addition of Mosaic balances everything out. All kept together with our bespoke LA3 yeast strain, this is us doing exactly what we do best.
