A relatively new kid on the craft brewery block, Polly’s Brew Co. was launched in Mold in North Wales in early 2018, and has quickly made a name for itself as a purveyor of some of the freshest craft beers on the scene.
Polly’s Brew Co. has a small, 10-person team crafting instantly drinkable beers, with modern flavours and hop-forward styles dominating its output.
Polly’s Brew Co. has developed and perfected an Originals range – including the fresh and fruity The Betty DDH Pale Ale and the aromatically-blended The Bruce DDH Pale Ale – while adding more experimental beers through its Augment range. Among those is the Exp 630 DDH Pale Ale, which bursts with raspberry, cherry and tropical notes from a still-unnamed experimental hop.
