Lambics are brewed using hops that have ‘gone off’ and are air-brewed in a process called ‘spontaneous fermentation’. This means no one batch of Lambic will taste the same as the next, and each bottle is a happy surprise of nuance and flavour.
At Heaton Hops, we’ve carefully selected Lambics from Europe’s highest-regarded breweries, including Belgium’s finest Brewerij Boon and Brewerij 3 Fonteinen. These offer up a range of intensely drinkable beers flavoured with everything from raspberries to sour cherries.
