Bursting with flavours of peach rings, ripe melon, and tropical fruit with a touch of citrus, it delivers a juicy sweetness balanced by a clean, modern bitterness. With its vibrant character and fresh history, Dolcita is already making its mark as an exciting new hop for contemporary IPAs and pale ales.
