One of our favourite things to do with our beers is take a hop bill that wouldn’t be out of place in a DIPA and apply it to a compact 4% Pale Ale. The result is an incredibly punchy Pale Ale; Nectaron and Nelson work together, releasing a huge aroma that’s floral and dank. This is followed by a totally juice bomb tasting experience. Passionfruit and pineapple dominate, with a grassy finish to keep the sweetness in check.
